“What Goes On”

From Andre Z – Mr. Pop, being a student of popular music, I find it hard to believe that with all the Beatle compositions of John Lennon, Paul McCartney and to some extent, George Harrison, did not Ringo Starr write any songs for the band?

Mr. Pop History – Ringo Starr (Richard Starkey) shared writing credits with Lennon/McCartney on one Beatles song – one he sang called “What Goes On” – the flip side of the hit “Nowhere Man” in 1966.
