J Giels Band and Frampton’s Camel

From Brittany J – Hello Mr. Pop – Need clarification. Your 1970’s pages clearly indicate Peter Frampton was on top of the rock scene later that decade. He was with Humble Pie before he went solo, but wasn’t he with yet another band earlier?

Mr. Pop History – While it’s well known that Peter Frampton was with Humble Pie – just before his solo superstardom during the late ‘70’s, he had his own band during the early 1970’s – something called “Frampton’s Camel.”
