Buddy Holly - Weezer

From Eric L – Mr. Pop – I was going through the 1990’s here and was wondering. I saw a music video about the time Forrest Gump was popular that incorporated Gump-like effects – a sort of time shifting. I remember it on MTV. Was it Weezer?

Mr. Pop History – You are right! The band Weezer did such a video with a song called “Buddy Holly.” In the video, Weezer is the house band at Arnolds – the “Happy Days” hangout. This was back in 1994.
