Guitar Hero Aerosmith

From Shawn T – I love Guitar Hero but I have a tech question. Was it the first to feature guitar in an interactive – sort of game environment? Thank you.

Mr. Pop History – I trace that back to about 1994, when the group Aerosmith put out a CD-ROM that featured a plug-in guitar – where the user followed a game that lead to a chance to play with the band. Remember CD-ROM’s?  Interesting that one of the Guitar Hero games  is indeed – Aerosmith!
