From Melissa J – A co-worker asked me which primetime TV series got its start with an actor uttering “S… Happens?”  Can you help?

Mr. Pop History – It was on CBS-TV’s “Chicago Hope” back in the fall 1999. At the time, CBS said they only received 50 complaint calls.
